Noosa’s Newest & Most Stunning Pilates Studio Is Opening Next Week!
First thing’s first—if you’re an interiors nerd and wish your life only comprised of moments spent in beautiful spaces, then keep reading.
Secondly, and probably more importantly, if you’re on the hunt for a killer yoga and Pilates studio in Noosa, we’re about to dish up the Coast’s newest boutique health hub, and you’re seriously going to die and go to wellness heaven.
Opening next week, Noosa Flow is the most beautiful Pilates and yoga space we’ve ever set foot in. Yep—it’s pretty, bouncing with natural light, and decorated with our fave—lots of indoor plants. And we’re totally in love.
After five months of dreaming, scheming, and renos, we dropped in this week to get a sneak peek of Noosa Flow before it goes gangbusters—because, it’s kinda a given that it will.
The lovely Claire Toone is the one-woman band (you can still call it a band when it’s one person, right?) behind this stunning studio, and along with chatting with her about what’s going to be on offer, we were also lucky enough to test out one of her private one-on-one classes. Let’s just say Claire knows her stuff.
Having travelled the world as a private Pilates teacher and working at some of the top studios in London and New York—hello, New York Pilates and Karen Lord Pilates—Claire recently relocated back to Australia to start a family. And not too long after, brought another baby into the world… Noosa Flow. Lucky us!
Tucked above the likes of Whisky Boy and Jimmy Fox on Gympie Terrace, Noosa Flow’s louvered windows and sliding doors look out over Noosa River. Pretty spesh, huh?
The elongated space was once a set of offices but now includes a central waiting room— stocked with goods from top wellness brands like our local fave, Soak Society, and Ayurvedic skincare by Rasasara Skinfood—and then two wings, one for reformer classes and the other for mat or yoga sessions.
Reformer classes will either be private or hold a maximum of five people and taught by Claire on Balanced Body’s fancy schmancy Allegro machines. Alternatively, yoga classes will hold a few more peeps and be taken by guest teachers including Insta-famous Kat Harding aka Yoga Kiss. (And just wait ‘til you see the stunning yoga mats from YogaEverywhere, featuring drone images of beaches around Australia—seriously beautiful.)
With plans to hold three to four classes a day, plus one-on-ones, we’re quietly confident you won’t have any problems finding a time that suits your “get me fit” plan.
Throwing open its doors to the public on Monday, you’ll be able to reserve your spot through Noosa Flow’s online booking system, via the class schedule on their website.
We also have it on good authority that there’s going to be some pretty awesome specials to nab, too, so keep checking in on their Facebook page. You’re not gonna want to miss out!
